When we started Tascott in 2019 we knew we faced challenges entering, as we were, a relatively small market dominated by established competitors with the benefit of track records, large investor databases and industry connections.

Delivering Value

We knew we had to do something different to attract investors, to meet their expectations, and to establish our own track record. And we did. In fact we went a bit further...

We've raised in excess of $10m of real estate capital and have grown Assets Under Management ("AUM") to over $20m. Our inaugural year has also seen very strong financial results for the investors who have entrusted us with the responsibility of safe-guarding their money, for example;
