Not knowing what is not known is a good place to start when gathering information about any subject. In accepting this premise we are driven to ask questions, and there are many when considering an investment in real estate. Some are fundamental questions, whereas others present more modern technical debates which reflect the ever changing nature of the use of land and buildings.
Whatever the topic we draw on research and resources from across the globe to maintain a continuing understanding of the built environment and the real estate landscape, to ensure that our investment choices and asset management strategies are characterised by both old and new thinking.
